The registration fee includes lunch on working days of the conference, coffee breaks and documentation (proceedings in digital format, etc.), except for Virtual Participation. However, it does not include accommodation or transportation. The conference dinner, escorts and social program are optional items.

In the event of cancellation, and provided that TA DMC Portugal receives written notification by the 11 October 2025 the registration fee will be refunded less a 50,00€ administration fee. From the 12 October 2025, any cancellation will be subject to the full penalty.
